I know that the shoes will be exactly what I need because I trust the associates recommending them. The associate gave me friendly and helpful advice over the phone and then brought the shoes to me curbside. They made it so easy!
Andy was very helpful in finding me some new running shoes that were perfect for me. He was patient and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was kind and supportive. Would highly recommend this store.
Everyone at Fleet Feet was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, especially the sales associate who helped me, Kaylen. He was fantastic! I also really liked the foot scanner because it helped me learn a lot more about my feet and helped me get the right shoes and insoles. I have already recommended Fleet Feet to a few of my friends, and plan to continue doing so in the future.
Great experience in this store on 10/24/2020. Went in and they have the foot scan that they do as well as a distribution of your weight to determine what shoes may fit you best. You're able to try shoes on, run in them to see how they fit and get a great explanation of the shoes in regards to your feet. Well recommend to stop in here for yourself to see the service and great shoes available.
Amazing experience today thanks to Kathy.nnShe was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and her enthusiasm for footwear was contagious.nnShe patiently helped both me and my buddy get our scans and recommended several pairs for us to try and demo. Never felt pressured at any point and she was happy to answer any questions we had.nnI wasn’t ready to make my final decision today but I know that I’ll be back soon, highly recommend!
