Great customer service. The staff was very friendly. I had a return that went smooth Jada assisted me with no issues at all.nI will admit I thought I would have an issue because the item was purchased online during the mall closure. I bought another pair of shoes I had to return to kids footlocker purchased on the same Day. I returned to Kids footlocker in July, kids footlocker gave me all push back and didn’t want to give me my money back due to the time frame of the return. Thanks Champs and Jada for making my visit today seamless. I will most definitely return to this location for that alone.
Quick responses from the 2 girls working. Had the shoes I wanted and in my size.
I liked the worker when helped me pick out shoes. All the workers were high as well though. The shoes were a good price too

Fully staffed with friendly workers who were happy to help when I went back to school shopping a couple of weeks ago. I will definitely go back. Foot locker cannot compare.
