I took my bridesmaids to David’s Bridal. The place was packed and there was no consultant available even though I had an appointment which was a little frustrating. No one knew who I was supposed to be working with which is why I gave 3/5 stars. However, Vivian from the welcome desk stepped right in to help us out to the best of her ability despite not being an actual appointment consultant. She was so friendly and willing to help us out the best she could. She also had a great sense of humor which helped us enjoy our appointment a bit more! 5/5 for Vivian and her willingness to step up and help out! Thanks Vivian!
Theresa was amazing! She really made the experience great and she listened to the needs/wants that I wanted in a dress. She was very attentive and genuinely cared about finding me a dress and my day! I definitely recommend going during the week. I went to a location in a different state on the weekend and my experience wasn’t that great. It felt very rushed, but I also understood. My consultant didn’t ask questions, unlike Theresa here at the St. Peter’s location. Theresa took the time to ask questions, get to know my style, price range, etc. I went on a Monday and so think there was only one or two other brides there so when it’s slower you really do get more attention which adds more to the experience. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a dress right then and there. Theresa really helped me to figure out what I liked and what I didn’t like in a dress. So thank you Theresa for giving me a great experience! You deserve a raise! :D I will definitely be back and thank you so much!!
I had a great experience! I had two weeks until the big event and had to get a navy blue dress for a wedding. I booked an appointment and was fortunate enough to work with Theresa. She did a fantastic job! She took the time to help me find a dress that fit perfectly and checked all my boxes for comfort and style. She pulled a bunch of different dresses for me so I would have options and she helped me narrow it down to the perfect one. Theresa was so wonderful and I cannot thank her enough!
Sam was amazing! She was patient and even stayed longer than she needed to to help me. Definitely would recommend. Found my dress on my first appointment. Sam listened to what I liked about the dresses I tried on and brought me a dress I never would have looked twice at and that ended up being my dream dress. Thank you so much! ❤
Had such a great experience! I came in today with my future sister in law and was immediately greeted by Vivian. She was warm, outgoing and had wonderful customer service!nnOur fitting appointment was with Emily and she was 10/10! She asked questions as far as what kind of style my sister was looking for. After showing her ideas from our Pinterest board, she right away found dresses that were absolutely stunning! My sister tried on 5 beautiful gowns and will definitely be coming back to SAY YES TO THE DRESS!nnA HUGE thank you to both Emily and Vivian. They were wonderful and made the experience way less stressful and way more fun!!
