They didn't have the size that I was looking for but we're very quick to help me order them! I was very very pleased great work!
I was in a few days ago and I bought a few pairs of shoes. A manager named Nic helped me get both lefts and ensured that I found everything I needed. He offered my daughter a sticker and made our family feel welcomed and loved. The other employees there were teenagers, a girl with long red hair and a boy with short curly hair, we're too entangled with each other and walked passed me and my family multiple times without saying a word, but Nic made us feel at home. I haven't met anyone with greater customer service.
Not many sizes to choose from limited kids shoes.
I waited till 10:30am to walk in, I had been walking the mall. I wanted to give the associates time to prepare. I don’t like walking in when someone is unlocking the door. So at 10:30am Thursday 6 February 2020, I walked in, two associates were eating at the counter. One was eating a bowl of cereal the other a donut while on her phone. I walked in, walked right past them, walked to the men’s department, where I was prepared to buy 2 pairs of walking shoes, I had already researched. Neither girl acknowledged me or even looked up, I walked directly by them 2 feet away. Then proceeded to walk out. If asked I’m sure they’ll say they don’t recall anyone walking in(and then out)
Prices & selection are pretty good, but tbh I've never purchased anything here.
