Always like to take my Rover dogs there as part of our field trip to get a toy or special treat. Always enjoy Their rewards point system and cookie bar. My girls enjoy looking at the hamsters. The employees are generally very helpful and friendly. The store smells clean and is well organized for quick in-and-out stops.

I went to buy crickets and all they had available were prepackaged crickets. Most of the containers had completely dead crickets due to the hydration cube drying out. In addition the containers do NOT contain even close to the number of crickets claimed on the outer packaging. I was supposed to receive 36 crickets and the container had about 20.keeping in mind that several crickets would be expected to die before purchase, this is a complete rip off and waste of product. The neglect for lack of awareness was disappointing. They had live catnip plants on a display very near the cashier and half of them were obviously dead and completely dried out. You have to water plants. And animals. Life needs hydration. I hope somebody steps in and picks up observation skills where others clearly fall short.

The young man (Allan) helped me with everything !! He was very patient,helpful & polite. I feel he went above & beyond to help me with everything. He answered any & all questions & concerns that I had. Thank you for all his help.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Every time I come here they are always ready to help. They have good recommendations and their grooming services has made my dogs happy.

I don't normally go to Petco and probably won't again. I looked for assistance on dog food and couldn't find help. We went over to check out the gerbils, mice etc and witnessed way to many in one aquarium. I brought my concerns to one of the workers attention and he turned and walked away. No animal should be in an overcrowded environment like in this store.
