We had a clog in an apartment line kitchen stack that caused a backflow late on a Saturday night. The owner immediately responded to my late-night query, and we scheduled service for the next day, a Sunday, which was great. The plumber was smart, efficient, and friendly and the issue was solved, checked and cleaned up within about 20 minutes. Happy to have found this company!
What can I say about the plumber and his team? Unreal! My basement flooded with the heavy rain yesterday and I called to see if they can come up with a temporary fix. He showed up shortly after and then proceeded to tell me he could get the issue fixed that very same day. Before I knew it he and his crew got to work digging up cement to get to the pipe that needed changing. We were pressed for time as rain was expected again in the afternoon and they got it done. Excellent service, great attitude and a very clean job. They've got a customer for life.
I called this service after seeing all the good reviews and they called me back within the hour. After sending a photo, they confirmed that I did indeed have problem. They come and fix it. Thank you!
