Chili's Grill & Bar

The food taste old, like it came from a microwave. I ordered a smoke house combo. The fries and the bread were soggy, the ribs were warm to cold, very little barbecue sauce, and the chicken with cheese and bacon didn't had the bacon. I was a frequent client and I have gave them so many chances. But enough is enough. I will try not to return. The only good thing was the service. That is why I'm giving a 3 stars.

I decided to order a chicken sandwich from Chili’s on mid Rivers Mall Drive this evening so I called ahead. The lady I spoke to I told her I wanted the Chicky Chicky chicken The menu said that account is with lettuce tomato red onion and blue cheese dressing.nnThe sandwich I received was chicken avocado lettuce tomato and ranch dressing.nnI made a phone call when I discovered that the sandwich was not what I ordered and was hung up on twice. I phoned yet again, and asked to speak with a manager; Brian M. Came to the phone. I asked him if there is with their phone system and he said no maybe it was on my end. I explained I’ve been hung up on three different times he said he didn’t do it he kept talking about it over and over and over. It really surprises me that this is a manager who should not be doing that.nnThen he again accuse me of hanging up on him. After that went on for about five minutes too long I told him I was very disappointed in the level of customer service I received by getting the wrong sandwich. He said he apologize but they are really busy tonight.nnDo you know what there are a lot of businesses that have been waiting for customers to come so that they can make money your business apparently doesn’t care about the customer!nnLet’s see how long you stay in business Post-Covid restrictions!nnAfter reading all the disgusting comments about the inside of your establishment I won’t be back!

We like going here for lunch. They have lots of good options and prices. The service is pretty good also.

This was one of the most discussing and low quality restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Our Presidente margaritas didn’t even taste like they had tequila in them at all. The food came out cold and not very appetizing. The bathrooms were a total mess. They were dirty. The men’s room had vomit all over the floor. We had to tell the manager about it. The kitchen was a disaster and looked filthy. Food was all over the floor. The only thing good about it was the waiter. He did a good job.

Terrible experience. The bartender was terrible. I got a patron blackberry margarita that literally tasted like a lemonade that had too much sugar in it. I switched to Chardonnay to only get a cup that tasted nothing like wine. It actually tasted like warm beer. I got the triple dipper with a side of fries. Only for my server to bring me out old fries and then say I didn’t charge you for the fries cause they look old. Like what? Why you bring me out old fries? Never ever coming back here and stay clear of this place!
