Everyone is so delightful and there's no socio-economic status judgement. Mr. Moutray is a great personal banker and takes the time to thoroughly explain the options.
Spoke on the phone about existing loan app, was trying to get questions answered and was made to feel like my questions were stupid and the rep was in a hurry to get off the phone. This was in contrast to the customer service at the brentwood location which was great.
Easiest bank to work with! Closed on 2 loans in the same day and only took about 20 minutes! They had everything ready to go when we arrived. Signed some paperwork and we were on our way. Made for a very pleasant and simple experience!! You've earned my business for life!
