Slowest branch ever. I cringe at having to walk inside because I know it's going to be a slow process with or without a full lobby. They do have fairly reasonable representatives thought.

By far the worst branch to go to. Their so slow whether you go inside or go through drive through. I went to the drive through sat there for 5 minutes while a lady just kept staring at me. I hit call she never responded just stood there talking to her co-worker. Then she finally came over and said Hi, I said Hi I just want to deposit but the depositor drop is closed she rolled her eyes opened it and walked away. So I drove off what a waste of time. I went to us bank in schnucks took me literally 1 minute. Us bank is the worst!!!!!

They have no clue on what they are doing. The loan officers don’t even know the guidelines to the loans they offer. The banker we got (Anthony Barrow) has no clue about the loan guidelines that they follow or even basic requirements. He totally screwed up our home equity loan and set back our remodeling project by 3 weeks! Thankfully we found a credit union to fix this whole mess

They could use more people to service the drive-thru window, but happy with the service, and the friendly employees.
