I was very happy with my experience here. The young lady who worked with me was outstanding. The process of buying my shoes felt very informative and personal. Since it was my first experience with their store, the person helping me videotaped me walking shoeless on a treadmill to observe my feet and ankles. From there, she helped me understand what my feet and ankles were doing and the appropriate shoes to best fit my step. I left feeling like we had explored many options and confident in my purchase.
Friendly people that are knowledgeable about what they're doing. Shoes are a bit pricey compared to your tradition Nike or Adidas, but they're worth it. Also the 30 day warranty to exchange shoes is amazing.
Hilary was amazing! She was extremely patient with my son who has sensory issues while we literally tried on every shoe in the store. She genuinely wanted to help him find something that satisfied his particular needs. Amazing customer service!
Wonderful place to buy running shoes! I have bought several pairs here and have always been happy with the help and service I have received. I even bought some shoes a few months ago that just didn't work for me and they let me exchange them with no problem. Highly recommended!!
I just stopped by here for some good shoes, not to run, but for work where I’m on my feet all day. Adrienne was super informative and helpful. Really wish I hadn’t waited this long to buy shoes here.
