Went in to make and appointment to do some business with one of my accounts. I didn't have an appointment but Dusty pointed me back to his office and had someone cover the lobby so other customers could be helped. In a few minutes he had helped me and made my transaction SUPER easy. He was professional and personable. He was very kind to help and I was helped way above what I had hoped for. Thank you!

This was my first time coming in here and last. Only because I closed my account. I have always had issues with Bank of America and I was just tired of the B.S. and then taking my money and then taking forever to get it back. Anyways-this store was very nice and welcoming. I spoke to Lindsey at the counter and she was nice. Just so you know: you need an appointment to do anything with your accounts (other than depositing and withdrawing). Anyways Lindsey was able to squeeze me in somehow and I appreciated that because I work nights and it was my first day off in forever. It seriously only took 5 minutes to close my accounts and another 2 minutes to get my money that were in the accounts. Swift and quick. Even though I am sad that I had to close my account after 10 yrs. this store made the transition easy. 3/5 stars because they were not able to give me the money they were taking out for the past 3 months for having a low balance.

Lot of negative changes happening at Bank of America, and using covid as a cover.The bank is closed several days a week, and when they are open, the hours are only till 4:00 PM, which makes it hard to get here after work.Also, bank should realize that not everything can be done through an ATM/ over the phone like performing large transactions, getting a cashiers cheque etc.I am thinking about moving my account from here to an online bank since it makes no difference anymore. Smaller banks are doing a much better job these days. BoA is clearly cutting costs by reducing services and people.

Service is really getting bad at this place! I have been here many times for deposit and only give them my debit card for deposit of cash. But today the girl said she couldnt do it. With very cold attitude and a sorry not my problem. Just lazy and poor service. Can't even go thru the drive thru it's always closed

The brunette lady was rude when I asked her about why the atm outside said I hit my maximum limit of withdrawals for the day and I never withdrew anything out that day. I'm just tired of the disrespect. GO HOME IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB! DON'T MAKE OTHER PEOPLE SUFFER IF YOU'RE SUFFERING TOO GROW UP!!!
