Windsor (Battlefield Mall - Springfield, MO)

Don’t shop here unless you’re a size 0-6 basically.. the workers are rude and will back mouth customers. They’ll also let multiple people in a changing room at a time during COVID..

Found this store online & unfortunately the dress I wanted was sold out in my size online. However, the Springfield, MO location had it in my size. The dress was absolutely gorgeous, very well made & extremely inexpensive. Which made it so disappointing that the dress didn’t fit. The staff were very friendly & the manager Erin was over the top helpful & just as friendly & kind. I would highly recommend this store.nnGinan(New Orleans)

It's ok, have good prices but doesn't have a lot of clothes like other Windsor stores I've been to.

Great dresses for events and won't cost an arm and a leg.

Very disappointed went to return an item because I got it for my girlfriend n she didn't like it n found out I could not return it because it was on sale n they dnt return sale items.that makes no,sense I wasn't trying to get more money just what I paid n was refused so highly disappointed n unsatisfied
