Frank is the best groomer. I had a resident come with alot of concerns and Frank did an excellent job and the resident was very happy. Great customer service. We will be using you again. Thank you for your work.

No one greeted me as I entered the store. I was trying to find a certain brand of dog food but there was not an employee anywhere I could ask for help. They were receiving a truck at the time. The man that was bringing the pallets into the store was rude and almost ran into me three times in different areas of the store. The check out woman was obviously pre occupied at the register. Did not greet me. I stood there for a couple minutes thinking of just driving down the street to pet smart. I usually order from amazon but had forgotten and our dog needed food. I will subscribe to chewy before I come back.

The guy that was there was very friendly and made me feel more comfortable about how my pup was doing his 1st time in a store. Thats why i stopped there figured it'd be a good practice for him. Im glad i did. He seemed to enjoy it also plus he got a new toy!! ;-) thank u

The only pet store around that I found snail free live plants for my fish tank and cherry shrimp! Also the fish and reptile area was VERY well kept! Will be going back again

Everyone at this location is super friendly and my babies love the groomers! They do awesome work and give them the most perfect bandanas.
