Absolutely love Dr. Kucera and the staff, they have been amazing with my 24 weeker since we brought her home.
I would’ve given a one star, except I adore my son’s doctor & nurse and they had no wrongdoing in this situation, they’re amazing. However, other office staff have left a bad taste in my mouth. I waited an hour and a half to obtain a doctors note for my son even though my husband called ahead & the staff he spoke to assured him I’d be able to pick up the note on my way home from work. I called the office when I arrived to pick up the note & whoever I spoke to informed me that it would take some time because my son’s primary doctor was not in the office to write the note. At that point I waited for about an hour, so I decided to call them because they never reached back out to me. When I called I reached the after hours number and who I spoke to then informed me that they would inform the on-call about my situation. About half an hour passes & finally the on-call doctor calls me to inform me she has the note ready and will bring it out to my car because nobody told her I was waiting for so long. I honestly feel beyond disrespected and disappointed that office staff kept me waiting for so long without notifying the on-call doctor. Overall, I would say the problem lies within the office staff and not with the on-call doctor who wasn’t even informed that I was waiting for the note.
Terrible... they refused to see my child for a well child visit because he has a runny nose despite the fact that he has has a runny nose for the last couple months bc we were sick a few times...and yes he was seen for that it's just taking q while to get over. I guess if you have anything wrong with you you cant go here for q check up, I'm done with this place.
Had pretty good experiences up until today. The review I’ll be providing is 100% based on my experience with their office staff, and not the doctors.nnI always follow the instructions as provided to me prior to our appointments, and today was a JOKE.nnCame in with my 2 month old son (whose appointment was today) and his brother (4 years old). We were turned away and advised to reschedule our appointment because “it’s flu season” (apparently not due to COVID). None of this was previously disclosed or advised to me, or I would have attempted to arrange care for my older son. (Even though I feel that would be a waste of time and money, I would have complied as a responsible parent)nnAs if this wasn’t asinine enough, they offered to reschedule us to Monday, and just lump my two sons together in an appointment (thus allowing them both to come into the appointment). Y’all do understand thats exactly what you refused to allow us to do today?nnThank you for letting me tote my kids in, not setting clear expectations for upcoming appointments, and wasting an hour of my time, gas, and effort driving from Willard. We all know how easy it is to prepare your two month old baby for an outing that is at best a 45 minute drive and now we get to do it again on Monday. ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
Everyone I have had contact with in this office has been friendly and detail oriented which is what I want when dealing with my childs health. We have not had to wait an extended amount of time in the waiting room at appointments, and I have not felt like the nurses or the Doctor are in a rush to get us in and out so quickly that there is no time for my questions. No complaints from this Mom!
