Bair's Sports Grill

This was literally the worst burger I’ve ever ate. I got the Mac and cheese burger. It was burnt to a crisp the Mac and cheese was just noodles with microwaved shredded cheese on top. I also ordered the cheese and bacon fries which were fries with shredded cheese microwaved on top. Absolutely avoid this place if you even remotely enjoy well made food. You will not find it here. McDonald’s looks gourmet compared to here. TRASH.

Great hamburgers and beer!

I am a delivery driver. I went to pick up an order today ignored by two employees when I finally walked over to the female I tried to tell her I was with the delivery company and was there for an order got ignored then she just handed me food and when I asked if it was for the person I'm supposed to be delivering to you she ignored me and walked away. if that's how you're going to treat people just picking up orders I definitely won't be actually coming in for myself

I took my sister, son, & 2 of his friends met us there last Sunday for my sons birthday lunch. When we walked in there was about 3 others tables full so we were happy they weren’t busy at all....my son and his 2 friends order a wrap, a burger, and sliders...my sister and I order appetizers for everyone and ourselves. Like 4 appetizers and a caso & chips, and my sister ordered a beer. After close to 2 hours my son and his friends received their food then about 20 minutes later a couple of the appetizers come out and after everyone was finished eating the caso and chips and rest of the appetizers finally make it to the table, cold. Last but not least my sister finally got her beer after reminding the waiter because he forgot. I tried to tell the waiter that I needed for him to remove some items from the ticket because they came out cold and late and no one would eat them. He decided to charge me half price for one item and full price for the rest. Worst experience at a restaurant in Springfield, Mo I have had. I will not waste my time or money there ever again.nnI do not live in Missouri and had a time limit on how long I had there to spend with my family. We spent that time waiting on our food at your restaurant. I tried to reason with the waiter but after he seemed shocked that we preferred out appetizers and one beer before the actual burgers and wrap, I did not want to hurt his feelings with my frustration and lack of patients at that point.nThe reason it took so long for me to write the review is that I have been dealing with food poisoning. I thought I would be nice and leave that part out. I even got a covid test because I have not been so sick in my life. I have not been able to go to work until yesterday because y’all’s food is just that good. Thank youud83dude4f Any more questions from the owner? How about a refund or personal apology?

Bacon cheeseburger and fries was good value and tasted good. The bun is too big, as in too much bread. I ordered medium but got medium well. No big deal though. Service was excellent.
