Itd be nice if youd tell youre customers that youre closed
This branch has been my bank for over 25 years - I've never had a bad experience here and everyone is extremely friendly.
The staff and branch manager are always, always so friendly and respectful. Every single time I come in. Even though I don't live as close to this bank as I used to, the staff is so awesome, that I'm happy to drive to this side of town to do my business. Thank you to EVERYONE who works here.nnAlso, with all the Covid Stuff I'm so impressed with how they are handling it. Their lobby is closed (Thank goodness) and they were all wearing masks at the window.nnYOU GUYS ROCK.
Terrible service. Waited in line in an open stall for a while and no one got back with me. Others were helped before me when I called this location, I was hung up on while it was dialing. Part of the reason i’m leaving Commerce.
This bank has very poor service. I deposit over $1000 dollars a week and they just put a hold on my account for almost two weeks. The reason their saying is because they I've had more than 6 overdrafts over the last six months. Yet my account is not in the negative. I have about $69 dollars in my account and just deposited $1,130 dollars into my account and they put a hold it on my account. I'm a truck driver out here on the road and can't touch my money. I WILL BE CHANGING BANKS. VERY, VERY INCONVENIENT.
