Good place to bank,have had no problems with anything...Read there site for rates...and they have coffee...
Every experience with Arvest, both for small business and personal banking, has been stellar. The employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly, they genuinely care that your banking needs are met. I would recommend Arvest to anyone looking for a trustworthy institution with a personal touch.
Went to close out my Safe Deposit box at Cherry and Glenstone and pay to have it drilled. They wouldn't let me because they don't have all the names on the safe deposit box. I'm the one that opened it 5 banks ago it was in mine and my husbands name and they only had my husbands name on it. They were going to look into it and give me a call. Two months have went by never heard from them BUT got a past due notice. Not impressed with Arvest. I will send my disabled husband in to close it BUT won't be recommending Arvest.
