I typically love this location which is why I'm giving a 3 and not anything lower, but I have dealt with one person (Leslie I believe) a few times who has treated me like trash every time I go in. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but this one person and their interactions has made me decide to start shopping for a new bank.
I came in with debit card issues and Amanda was amazing she had me in and out in 15 minutes with a brand new card I'm so happy that this is the branch that that is nearest my residence and I will be here more often, I highly recommend it.
The people are really nice and they like to get to know you cx I'm recognised as soon as I walk in and I'm out relatively quickly.
