This bank has always been good to me. Personable and courteous.
Came in at 3:25 to see a notary after trying to make an appointment online and finding you can no longer make online appointments at this location and calling with no answer only to be told they couldn’t see me until tomorrow. I live 45 min away and their website states you don’t even HAVE to have an appointment. Also the teller (didn’t get name but she was the young African American lady) had quite a bit of snark when talking to me. I was completely polite, so I don’t know what her deal was? Seriously lacking customer service and I can see why they have less than 2 stars.nWould not recommend, make the short drive across town to the one on Campbell. Never had a bad experience there.
Worst bank ever, they will not give you a loan period unless you don’t need it. I was approved by never say no auto for 26k . These people I have been baking with for several years wouldn’t even consider it. Don’t let them use your money. Terrible service and lines here. Find a credit Union, way better chances for a loan.
Helpful friendly staff. I have had multiple employees go out of their way to really help the best they could for quick results. I love this bank.
Respectable and CourteousnnI read the other reviews for this bank, and I was immediately given a bad impression. But I only had a good experience here! There were 3 tellers and a receptionist, all were kind and helpful to their customers. I know that people tend to only review when they have a less than agreeable experience, so I thought I would balance the beam a little for this bank. :)
