MacKenzie's professionalism and courtesy probably saved them a customer. The hostesses were short with us and the kitchen staff was short with the bartender (and they weren't quiet about it). I don't know if they were short-staffed or what, but we had to wait 1 hour and 39 minutes for our food to arrive. During the long wait, we were told two of our items were no longer available to be ordered (deviled eggs and the apple cobbler). These were items in their special. The pot roast was amazing though. The burger was OK and the fries were barely warm. This place appears to have potential, but the first visit was a super strike out mostly due to the staff (OTHER THAN MACKENZIE - she was amazing and tried to hide her co-workers' struggles and demeanor).
Great marketing and great food and service. Very busy. Not much social distancing going on but folks dont seem to care. Worth checking out.
What a gift for Snow Hill. I assure you that your food will exceed your expectations. The Smokey Burger & wings! Their crab cake is worth it. Vast bourbon bar.
Comfortable and casual atmosphere. Phenomenal cocktails and eats. Local beers on tap for beer lovers. Super friendly staff. Great daily specials. Will definitely be back!
