So I purchased a brand new 2020 ezgo valor little longer the a month ago. When I purchased the golf cart I also purchased a black brush guard. I was informed by Josh once it came in he would come out to my house & install it. Which would take about a week to come in. Well 3 weeks later I called them & said hey what’s going on. They informed me it was sitting there & they would call me back to schedule a time to come out. Weeks later still no phone call. Call them back & they tell me they will be out later on the day to install. No call no show. I just called them was informed they’re back logged 3 weeks & that something came up that’s why the guy couldn’t make it out. Talking about unprofessional people at that place. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Stopped in for a cable for my club car carryall, and left with with some other parts I'd eventually need, at a better price than even Amazon, and some knowledge I desperately needed! Good folks here. They'll treat you right!
