Fantastic vet. Great care was taken by the incredibly friendly staff when handling our cats. Resolved health issue for our cat within first visit. Lovely establishment.

Bayside Animal HospitalnBayside Animal HospitalnnVERY BAD SERVICE!!!! Would not recommend, they don’t care about your feelings and they string you on. I’m a customer I’ve taken my dog and cats there multiple times!!! I just needed a second job temporary, they said they were hiring 2-4 people for the position! I put in an application about 2 weeks ago I got an email stating “employer has viewed your application” I called Friday October 9th to get an update and make sure they got my app. They were closed I left a message for them to get back to me. I called again Monday afternoon because I never got a call that morning and they told me that the office manager was busy they will give me a call back which I never received, I then called today at 11am they gave me the same run around “the office manager is busy she’ll call you back” I said okay here comes 3:30pm I still didn’t received anything and so I called again. I got what sounded like a young lady I updated her on what was going on just asking if she got my application she told me once again the office manager was busy they have 47 applications to look over in which I understand completely all I was asking was if they received the app. So I said you know what I want to withdraw my application because I feel as though you don’t have anymore positions and you guys are wasting my time because I’m sitting here day after day waiting for a call let alone I could’ve had another job or put in different applications somewhere else. The receptionist there literally only says “we don’t want you working here anyway” *click* and hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend going there anymore! I hope karma does its job and I hope you’re happy you lost an applicant and customer in the same day thank you for wasting my time ud83dude44ud83eudd26ud83cudffc‍♀ufe0fud83dude4fud83cudffc

Dr. William Spofford and his entire team at Bayside Animal Hospital are absolutely amazing. Not only did he accept our labrador retriever with a possible fatal disease... but also during the COVID-19 pandemic and when no one else would help. They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thanks to them our dog is healthier than ever and we are forever grateful.
