Me and my husband were on vacation at the Hyatt resort and ordered pizza and pasta many times for this place. Everything was so good and the staff was very kindly. We loved!

Ordered delivery pizza from Pizza Ziya while we were renting a home nearby for vacation. Pizza was great and our delivery driver could not have been more kind or friendly. He even gave us coupons for a future visit and said how much they appreciated our business. :) Highly recommend ordering from this place! Wish we lived closer so we could come back more often!

I ordered lunch from here today and they sent the wrong pizza (wrong sauce, wrong toppings). When I called to let them know, the girl answering the phone offered only excuses, no apologies. I asked how long it would be to get my correct order (another 20-30 min) and if there was anything they would do to make up for the inconvenience. I was told that they don't give discounts to make up for their mistakes. Apparently customer satisfaction is not a priority for this business. We order from them all of the time, but they'll no longer be getting any of my money.

I ordered dinner here for my family after being discharged from the hospital, having major surgery. I went in and while checking my food to ensure everything was correct, the owner? kept badgering me like it was an issue I was checking my food. Paid extra for pepperoni and each slice only had 3 pepperonis. They also falsely advertise stating they have a greek salad SERVED WITH GREEK DRESSING. The dressing tasted like straight oil, no other flavor what so ever. I actually went to the store to buy greek dressing, the olives were bad, and the LARGE SALAD had 5 cucumber slices and 4 cherry tomatoes and hardly any feta, luckily i had some. And numerous pieces of lettuce were brown and soggy. The pizza had good flavor although the cheese was like rubber and came off entirely with one bite. The breadsticks were probably the best thing and some of those were so tough you could barely bite them. I try to go to family owned businesses and support them. But this was a let down for sure.
