The owner of this business always does his best to make sure he takes of the customer unlike most tire shops he goes above and beyond at a much better price than your big chain tire shops I would highly recommend this tire shop to anyone that would like awesome tires and a great deal

Smitty's Tire Shop is the first business in the automotive industry I've dealt with that doesn't give you the run-around. The owner is very straight-forward in his assessment, and the team members behind him are quick and professional. They've all been working there for years, which really says a lot about a business, in my opinion. Just like Smitty's thinks about their employees, the tire shop also thinks about their customers. Anyone, who lives in this Parish, will tell you that they're fair and reasonably priced; they will tell you that everyone they know has been going there for years. And, it's because they are utterly excellent in their customer service.nnI purchased 4 new Hercules tires from them two weeks ago. I was pleased about everything about the process. After spending 2 hours at Toyota in the same day for a recall, I was almost stunned by their expediency and professionalism. I felt like their priority, and they got the job completed quickly, a special type of relief in the time of COVID-19. Furthermore, I picked up a large screw in my tire yesterday that I believed only punctured the tread -- but before I knew it, they were replacing the whole tire for me, and I wasn't charged a dime. It meant SO much to me that they would do this for me, especially, right now when everyone is going through a hard time financially. THANK YOU, SMITTY'S. I appreciate your kindness, generosity, and professionalism.
