The service inside of the store was fast and courteous. When we went to the lumber yard to pickup purchased materials, there was a wait, longer than usual wait. We were not only the 1st in line, but we were the line. No other customers to be seen at that time. The employees had been told twice via radio that we were coming to pickup 2 boards, and we still had to wait 10 minutes for them to drag themselves out of a building to assist us with obtaining our purchased materials.nSad thing is, this is the only place close by to purchase wood.

I found a tub surround I like online at ACE Hardware for $65. The nearest location was at Dan's in Napoleonville which is 30 miles from where I live (60 miles round trip). When I called them they said it was $75 and they only had one left. I drove to get it and when I got there the box had a hole in it and I could see a chip in the one of the tub surround panels. They would only knock off $10 which brought it down to what it had been advertised for online. When I got home and opened the box I found more chips and broken pieces. I will never buy anything else from any ACE hardware store again.
