Employees didn't act like they wanted to help.

Need more styles of comfortable shoes for men. Associate was nice and professional and found shoe we wanted with hardly any wait.

Doesn't look like they ever vacuum the carpet or dust....or clean. Disorganized and disheveled. Ask for help and you'll find extremely rude employees who acted as if we kicked their puppy when we asked about anything, they were so put off to actually have to do their jobs, not professional at ALL. The 3 working actually argued in front of me and 3 children as well as 7 other customers/families over who was going to retrieve the mate to a pair of shoes to complete our purchase, then once they loudly and colorfully (obscenities were used as well)debated out who was actually going to get it it took an additional 25mins for her to come back with one shoe, the other two wouldn't check out/ring up the 3 customers behind us so tensions flared due to this, once she returned there was another public argument over who would be completing our sale as well as the other 3 ready to purchase. This is 4 times I've been to this location and every single time I've experienced the same or worse treatment and corporatehas no care to addressor resolve or even make apologies on the stores behalf, will not buy from here again, will be far more worth my while to drive much farther to a clean organized and pleasant store to shop or to do business with another shoe store/company all together since their corporate offices doesn't respond to complaints, emails, or return calls as they said they would nor address the issues of that location. Other locations have been great many times but this location I have NEVER had a decent experience with or at.

I hate this store. The shoes are never in the right box, sale staff are rude, and it's like shopping in a bargain barrel! Complete waste of time and gas.

Great prices and they even have a 30 day layaway plan!
