During my visit, the workers that were present were unprofessional and did not show any interest in assisting me. I was trying to see what they would offer for my shoes and they barely gave me a glance. In the end, they tried to low-ball me after the most dry conversation ever. Do not waste your time with these guys. I had better service at a Walmart gas station than here.
This store is super pricy and when I bought my shoes they gave me one off the shelf and the other one in the back and put it in my box, so unprofessional, the shoe was also worn and used already and had marks but they did have a good variety on shoes and most shoes they had their you can’t find anywhere else at the time
i would definitely recommend Culture!!!! they have a great shoe selection and their customer service is always on point. took my nephew their a few weeks ago and was greeted and assisted right away. i will be returning!
This business could be so much better but the staff just stands around instead of helping you find what you're looking for, heavy favoritism shown to certain customers, coupled with the fact that there is no way to know what they currently have in inventory and they have no phone number and don't respond on social media. And on top of all that, they actively sell fakes just to make quick profit. Terrible customer service will not be returning
They have the best service and they make good deals they don’t sell fakes and the vibe it gives off is a great vibe I highly recommend coming here
