I love this bank! We switched from a large bank to Southern States over a year ago and we have been exceptionally happy. The level of service at Southern States far exceeds what we experienced with a large bank. The staff and management are top notch and they are very efficient, courteous and customer service oriented. The personal service you receive at this bank cannot be matched. We are very, very happy customers of Southern States Bank!
I had to stop a fraud wire transfer , only had 1 hr from time bank closes on a Friday 4PM . They stop the wire and unlike most people got my Money back. Were can you get service like that???? I love the staff always friendly..
