I had someone stole my card twice and then they wanted to charge me an extra 10 dollars to get a new one. They wouldn't just give me the money out of my account when even though it is my money. I have never heard of this before. I will definitely be changing banks today. This is freaking ridiculous. Synovus is so damn screwed up
100% the best branch ever. synovus rocks I don't know why I waited so long to become a client. customer service is fantastic , they are very helpful and informative. and they help you with all your banking needs and they explain things to you instead of just running through things they take there time and go over each detail to catch an error and help resolve the error . synovus rocksn. they don't treat you like a number, like other banks do . they appreciate you as a human being and a treat you like you are one of there family. 100% on point.
