This is the first time I had to get a card replacement so I didn't really know what to do and the person I was talking to there was a language barrier between us since she had a very thick accent that was hard to understand. Both sides got frustrated and starting to get a little snippy when I couldn't understand right away. For new commers they should be understanding and not rude right away when someone can not understand them to even know what to do.
Need to have more people to handle the other business of a client other then bank tellers.... not a typical 10 min wait.
Really convenient for me to go to. Friendly staff with personality. Took care of what I needed.
It wouldn't hurt for them to be a little friendlier.
