If I could give 0 stars I would. Tell me they can't notarize our paperwork when another branch had no problem doing the same thing prior. Think might be time to move my accounts to another bank. Drove 50 miles on Saturday to do this also. Now have to pay someone to do it now ud83dude44

So made an awesome via app, was never greeted upon entering, a AA female banker came over, asked me questions thank walked away. She came back again demanding that I say who the appointment was with. At this time, the email didn’t say who... she goes back to her desk calls another person Toni (white lady black hair) they talk for about 10 min, looking over, had at any point they said, in the email who is cc on it, I would of realized the persons name was listed. Toni came over asked same questions as first female did. First female got her items and left. (She had on pink heels) another male, said it would be a few minutes. Waited. Mori Thomas finally came to my rescue. This after being 10 min early for appt and waiting about 15 min after scheduled appointment. Once finished upon leaving, Toni was greeting everyone coming and going but Me. I will never use them again. I can’t give 1 star cause mr Thomas was so nice

Bank in a good location. Always busy. Bank has 2 drive up Atms also a walk up atm which is very convenient.

Horrible Service The Banker Had No Idea Or Knowledge Of What I Wanted Done On My Account, What I Wanted Done Was Pretty Simple. She Was Looking At Screen & My Account & Still Didn't Comprehend On What I Was She Didn't Bother To Ask Another Banker Or Get Assistance, I Literally Wasn't In The Branch For 3 Mins. She Didn't Thank Me For Anything Neither Was She Confident Or Interested In Helping Me Either. Not To Mention She Used Profanity In Front Or Me & My 3 Y/O Daughter. Disrespectful No Respect Of Any Kind. I'll Be Sure To COMPLETELY Close My Account & NEVER Return To Wells Fargo NEVER AGAIN! Waste Of Time & Completely Done With Them When I've Been A LOYAL Customer For 12 Yrs.nDidn't Even Deserve My 1 Star Instead I Give A ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e
