So to me my service was unprofessional. In the past aj have cash check from college there previous for pell grant money. Never have I been charged a service fee for cashing the check. Because my college which make millions bank with Suntrust. The branch manager had an attitude so I got one back and she tried to refuse to cash my check after writing in the back of it. She also was upset she had to over ride the system but it her job so Why was that a problem. Finally after i was fees I was like charge me the dollars and she had the nerve to tell me to go to my bank for now on.

I came in Friday at 4:20 to change something on my checking account. Steven Boggus, Branch Manager, assisted me. He didn’t want me to have to wait in line for someone else to help. I then learned that he was 20 minutes late for being off for vacation. I so very much appreciated his help and kindness!
It's not bad but the bankers don't communicate well and the lines are long most days.
