This is one of the worst companies to work for in my opinion.. during covid 19 they failed & fired so many...were slow to react..and in my opinion... wrongfully terminated people when they got sick...they provided little help to many....they...changed up schedules you had to bid for your schedules and vacation...they attempted to keep ppl from getting unemployment..by accusing them of things that were not true when it came to the reason they were fired...these people are pretty clicked up ...high turnover rate...if you've worked for them before you know why...it may have great benefits but they are so unprofessional ..a lot of them..and will treat you like you do not matter bc u don't..they replace you like it's nothing...these are my opinions...thoughts based off of what I witnessed ...good luck

I worked there for a short time but my managers were the best even my supervisor she was awesome I learned a lot and I thank you for the opportunity that I received to work for you. Att.(Cristhian Rosario)

A lot of my friends worked here and they've all had horror stories . Wrongful termination. A friend was in a car wreck penalized , written up for missed days.During the corono out break a friend alledgedly stated the following: for the longest they had a full call center ,ppl still in close proximity,for a while no nurse was there...nothing was being properly cleaned...there were cases of coronavirus there this was what I was told...they really mistreat employees and are not understanding of situations when it comes to their children or health... alledgedly a young lady was accused of some criminal behavior so they suspended her...months later without pay...she was gone 2 weeks ..and they then said oh we had to investigate you can come back...she didn't because she said if it were truly an issue why wait months later to investigate....,others quit because after choosing schedules that coincided with daycare or school months later tsys says they had to bid for schedules which upset a lot of people...nnFrom what my friends tell me and alledge this place really mistreats people ,and isn't worth staying at long term.nnEven after joining with or being bought out by global they seem to not have improved. Aflac,Anthem,even chick fila treat their employees better...from what I have been told...it works out for some of you're higher up but if not then work there until you can find somewhere better.nnThe last friend I had I told my friend you're not going to like it there ..and sure enough...there was an incident my friend couldn't help,and they weren't understanding nor helpful they couldn't wait to fire my friend..nnMy advice is if the company has a high turnover and low reviews you better do your research...it's not that all the people were bad,or lazy...in my opinion it's something going on within that company this one seems to not care in my opinion.nnBut go ahead find out for yourself.

I worked there. Idk how the customers feel but probably not that much worse than the employees. -10/10 would not recommend.
