Thank you for a wonder stay. The hospitality was impeccable and everything was so clean. The owner and staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The location also offers both street side and ocean views from a comfy front patio as well as a private enclosed back patio area that is peaceful and quiet. It is in a great location in downtown P-Town, just a few steps away from the action, the food, the shopping, and the beaches.nThank you for a wonderful birthday!

Paul’s hospitality was incredible! Seamless check in and check out. Super friendly, clean, neat - comfy bed ... good water pressurenWe had a fantastic stay- anddd dog friendly - nothing better than that !

I highly recommend booking a stay here. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The outdoor patio setup had an ocean view and was one of the best setups on the main street. The owner of the house provided us with great service. Thanks for the great stay Paul!

I had to pick up an online order at the dispensary 2 doors down that was going to take less than 2 minutes to run and pick up. My partner dopped me off outside the dispensary and I said pull up in that spot just ahead (in front of this hotel). Then the security guard at the dispensary told me he could not allow me in or serve me unless the car was moved because this hotel complains.nIt is a public street! We needed 2 seconds. So, I had to tell my partner to circle – luckily, he was smart enough to just circle once and park there anyway. MA is already filled with rude people who cause nothing but havoc to each other.nSo now I am inconvenienced at a business from another business.nUnbelievable! GROW UP.
