The South State Bank App is so horrible lately that I’m strongly considering changing banks. I’ve been with South State since before it was South state. I have transactions taking days to come out and the transactions are changing order on the app constantly. I’ve even had my available balance update but none of the transactions show up. It’s extremely frustrating. The old app was much better.....

I really wished the bank drive thru in downtown commerce was open on Saturday’s since the bank inside Walmart is no longer open anymore. May want to consider opening on Saturdays because sometimes people can’t make it to the bank on Friday’s before they close. That is the only problem I have with the bank.
This bank is no longer a nightmare on elm street. Better than my last visit. ud83dude0a
