I have been a customer with Bank of America for over 15 years. Lived in New Jersey, Florida, and now Georgia. My only complaint is there are never enough bank tellers! Like another review mentioned, there can be 4 people walking around doing nothing, but that poor one teller with a line full of people! Poor customer service for sure!nAlso, due to covid this bank is always closed! Don't understand that! Stores are open, doctors are open, restaurants are open, etc. I live too far to be going to Gainsville or Buford. I live in Flowery Branch and Oakwood is the only location within 15 minutes. I really wish this branch would be more considerate of their customers! I hesitate to switch banks because I have all my direct deposits here and don't want to switch.

I'm seriously changing banks all the time closed not only this location all BOA or the ATMs broke

These people charge outrageous amounts to cash a personal check if you aren't banking with them.. I will never bank with these people and they are pushy to open an account.
