I have received excellent experience today with Mr. Anthony because my past experiences with this Bank of America have been terrible for so many reasons, but today I received excellent customer service. I walked in feeling welcomed and Anthony immediately approached me offering to help. He had positive vibe and Great attitude and appeared to be a hard worker as well. I felt obligated to share.

I am not sure how anyone could be satisfied with this facility. Time and time again it takes 30 minutes to simply drop off the house payment. We started using the night deposit box to drop the payment off. Now the night deposit box is switch taped shut. Not very secure or professional. As fo BOA in general, last year we bought a new car. We finance with the dealer. The dealer went out to different banks to sell our loan. BOA tried to charge us $??? for our credit app from the dealer. They didn’t get the dealer loan either. We are grateful. They did credit us though.nnI am sorry Phil. I am told I can not process payment on line unless I open a checking account or savings account. The customer reviews, the long lines at the ATM, drive through and in the bank tell me opening any account would be a bad move.

Given all the bad reviews I thought I'd share a good one. Yes, I was inconvenienced waiting in a long line on a Saturday morning to be told I'd have to make an appointment to open my daughter's account, but the scheduler was kindly apologetic. This bank needs to add staff and hours given the many locations closed! The 5 stars are actually for Mr. Jeffrey Park who ended up helping us on a late weekday afternoon. He was professional, kind and took time to ensure my teen understood her new responsibility. Customer service like his needs to be positively recognized!

This bank is the absolutely horrible! You would think after all the bad reviews, they would try to fix the problem! Anytime you come in here it’s two tellers! The other people are walking around doing absolutely nothing! It’s always 30- 1 hour wait in line! They do not care about anyone’s time! And they look at you like you’re upset for no reason! They need a training and turn around in here! Get some help so we don’t have to almost pass out from standing here so freaking long!

Tried to cash 2 checks at this location even though I'm not a member but they were both Bank of America checks. They declined both checks saying the signatures didn't match with previous signatures. This was after waiting in line for 45 minutes. Only had 2 tellers working. Horrible experience!!! Will never set foot in here again. How does this place stay in business???
