Love this bank
Can not get these phone people to take my payments...The Brand Bank was professionally run..This company was not/ is not prepared to do business at this time. Cancelled our on line banking set up for payments..UNBELIVEABABLE ....
Not sure about other locations but at this one the entire staff comes off rude. They seem to be lacking in training and manners. Going as far as to THROW items down to customers for use, such as pens and deposit slips; not to mention your money is THROWN on the counters as well. Not too knowledgeable about banking offers and account requirements. They do offer refreshments which is the least you can be offered having to endure rude behavior and fairly long wait times as the employees are on their time. 1 star for behavior, with other things taken into consideration 3 overall.
