Porque quitaron teller de esta sucursal??? Please put the teller back we need it in these times!
Worst place every. Every time I come, the line are not long but it take 2-3 ppl to do one transaction. Waiting time is too long for one transaction. Looks like NO one knows what they are doing. I dread coming to to deposit checks for my mom who has BOA. I’m calling her to change bank. Worst ever. Every time I come.
I do not rate this so poorly because of the staff but because corporate desperately and for some time now needs to add another teller. 1 on a Friday with lines that last 15-20 minutes and it's NOT the tellers fault. If anything I'm so sad for them. They're doing their best. What I don't need and a lot of us feel the same Is two people greeting you and lots of associates walking around. Bank of America is a major banking agency they can afford another teller.
It’s no wonder this place has less than 2 stars.nA wire transfer that was supposed to take less than 10 minutes ended up taking more than 40 minutes with 3 people in the office I was in trying to figure out how to work their system. I would recommend avoiding this location if possible.
I would never do business with this company.. I felt totally discriminated when my husband and I came to cash a check with our 1yr old son.... They told me because of the amount they couldn't verify. A check from their own bank, my husband makes a wonderful honest living for our family and they gave off the attitude because we are black my husband couldn't make decent money.... Very unprofessional establishment and I will be reporting names to the BBB
