Employees were rude when I stopped by to withdraw cash. The drive-tru ATM outside didn't have enough bills, so I attempted to go inside to withdraw it directly with the bank employee and they didn't open the door for me, just because I was wearing shorts and flip flops. They directed me to the other ATM to talk to an attendant through video call. The tele-prompt lady on the ATM said she could only assist SunTrust clients and I'd have to go to a different ATM to withdraw money. After she hung up I attempted to withdraw cash without going through her and it worked. While none of the employees helped me, I had to work out a solution on my own. Poor customer service altogether.
The tellers and the manager should be trained on how to properly deal with all transactions
