I am so thankful God led me and my mom here. The customer service was amazing, We were greeted with such politeness and warmth upon walking into the bank. Out of all the banking I have done at other branches, this is by far the best one. They did their best to get us in and out with quality service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars...

This bank of america is my favorite location because Drew ( who helped me) is always on top of things. He makes sure I know everything and explains everything so well. Drew also is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, when pulling things up instead of waiting awkwardly he can always talk about something so that time is used efficiently. Also Drew is the only banker that has followed through with with promise to call or update and such, I've been to a couple other bank of America's and my experience here was by far the best because Drew. I would always be told I'll call/ update but would actually never get the call but Drew was always on top of things. I have multiple bofa around me within 10 minutes but Drew makes the 25 minute drive worth it because he makes it sound like he really cares.

If I can, I want to give them 0 star. I was there for deposit. I was waiting for more than 15-20mins. (Just for deposit)I think there was a other lady can come and help but dont know what she was doing in the front desk. Ridiculous..nThey seems very slow to solve the problems and not flexible enough to do their job. I think they need to improve these issues. If then, I will be willing to go this location again.nI do not want to write this negative review .. though I feel like I have to do.nHopefully this can make you change to be better bank.
