This bank is absolutely worst when it comes to managing their lines. They’ll be 50 people lined out the door and only two tellers working at the most. There’s more employees walking around than assisting their customers.nnBank of America corporate needs to see that this bank is in a high functioning area and supply this location with more staff to run the location . They don’t even operate drive thru at this location either.nnThey close down now one day a week and don’t ever expect to get anything done in a reasonable time at this location. I’ve been to several other locations thru the area and been able to always get in and out with in 10 mins. You’ll easy spend 30 plus mins here at any given time (and that’s being said lightly).

Very few Tellers and a line on Fridays going out the door . Other days they are open-- 2 Tellers other Staff walking around. Need to open up a window just for getting quarters, dimes etc. Coins only window. Put sign up stating that. Even if they have to do Staggered hours for coins only. Bank of America is not like it was 3-4 yrs ago.

I didn't understand why would you put people on break during a rush on a Friday??nToday this worker(Shannan) act like she didn't care that there was this elderly lady that was having difficulties standing and walking. The elderly lady was also deaf and required assistant.nThe young Asian worker seemed confused on what to do to help.nThe attitude of the two workers was just piss poor and unprofessional.nI'm happy that I was able to help the elderly lady out.nBut this location and workers should be ashamed!

This Bank is the worst.They are very slow. Open at 10 Close at 4. Long Lines. No Drive Thru. (Really with the virus going on) 100 people in line all the way outside in the heat. OMG all I want to do is make a deposit.nOpen the drive thru.
