Unfortunately this is the closest location for me and the service is SLOW. Regardless of the time of day or how many customers are in the lines, it is always slow. The employees I’ve encountered are condescending and dismissive. They don’t make an effort to work efficiently to meet the needs of their customers in a timely manner.

I'm from out of state with an expired CDL because of the pandemic I have an appointment until October to renew it they did not cash my check .Talked to the bank manager and she said there was nothing they could do for me. Very rude people stay away from this place. GOOGLE needs to allow ZERO stars for people or places that deserve ZERO stars

The lady named Jessica or whoever that lady at the drive thru is, is extremely rude and Condescending. I’ve had multiple encounters with her and everytime she’s always been rude. So done going to that bank.

I want to send a warning at all trucker and Trucking company, Sun Petro truck stop , stop ud83duded1 stop ✋ud83cudfff before to think to go there, they are stealing freely without any scruples and consideration to de costumers, I was there for 24 ours, and I, pay $10 dollars for the parking and, I received a temporary parking permit to put in the windshield but this people called to South metro Towing and they ordered to put a tire lock to my truck because they assumed, I was illegal with out pay parking lot only because my permit wasn’t visible, it was on the my truck floor , I called the police, the police didn’t do anything and he said fixe the problem with them, I concluded to paying $458 to the towing release my truck,nnThis comment is just to call your reflection And warning ⚠ufe0fud83dudc7f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0fud83dudc7f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f⚠ufe0f

Very horrible experience here. Came here twice and waited so long. We tried to open an account but only one person was able to do. Waited at least two hours and still unable to do. I would never open account with Suntrust given such bad experience
