It seems like people are always complaining about something especially when it comes down to our own people. We are quick to judge when something doesn’t work the way we want. It seems like this Kirbi Turner has issues everywhere she goes. Maybe you need to look in the mirror and change your attitude. You appear to be drama all the time. This bank is horrible. Their system is not user friendly. They made updates and I’m not able to access my account with my own information. The customer service rep was rude and sounded like I interrupted her TV show when I called. Two days in a row I’ve been on hold over an hour. They aren’t open on the weekend and I’m tired of this nonsense. Withdrawing my money and going back with big banks. I tried to support this black owned business but I don’t play about my money. You all need to go back to the drawing board.
