BANK OF AMERICA CLAIMS DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST PEOPLE TO TALK. I FILLED A CLAIM THEY APPROVED ME THE MONEY AND TOOK IT BACK. I SEND IT A FAX TO APPROVED MY CASE SOME HOW THEY MISPLACE MY FAX. NOW MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAFT. I NEVER GET ACCOUNT A AT BANK OF AMERICA NEVER AGAIN.. THANKS FOR THE HARD TIME AND MISCOMMUNICATION. I'M CLOSING MY ACCOUNT.
Came here at 10:50am. 6 staff members present. I came in to get a temporary card before I left town. As I misplaced my debit card. The lobby was completely empty. The rep told me it would be 45 mins before someone could see me because out of the 6 people there only one person could issues a temp card. I’ve had Bank of America for maybe ten years and I just say this is very poor service . Especially for a branch with an empty lobby on a Tuesday morning at 11am. What’s the point of having a full staff with such limitations
Went to the bank and waited in line forever to get a incompetent teller with attitude. Asked to speak with manager and was told no manager was on duty. Really! No wonder they have such crappy reviews.
