Andy was so helpful and very well-informed. My wife and I came in to get a pet fish for our 6 yr old for her birthday. Andy not only made it a special event for our daughter, she also made sure we had everything we needed to make a nice home for our two new fish. Andy was professional and had fantastic customer service. I never shopped at Petco before, but will definitely come back after our experience.

Went in with my sister to get Guinea pig food and I ended up adopting an adorable sweet little mouse and the sweet girl that helped was so nice and helpful she helped me get the right food and cage for my new baby and the cashier was very friendly

Mr. Jeff who works at the front counter is wonderful! He went above and beyond to help me with an order. He was kind and patient and I will shop here specifically because of him! ud83dude0a

Would give 0 stars if i could. Real piece of work this place is. Originally went into this store for my children's supplies for their hermit crabs. After walking into the store WITHOUT a mask, shopping for a half hour, spoke to store associates about supplies and even stood within a foot away from the gentlemen we proceed to the checkout where a short haired girl stops us blocking us from putting our supplies on the counter and refuses to check us out. 5 minutes and we would have been out of the store. It is illegal to refuse people to shop at a store without wearing a mask. We all have mask exemptions for health reasons and yet still refused but would allow us to walk around the store asking questions ect. This place is a joke. Yall will be hearing from my lawyer. This is under the disability act and violates my health exemptions.
