I took my anxious dog for a bath in their spa. The spa rooms are ample and very well stocked with a variety of scented and unscented good quality shampoos, clean towels, q-tips, cotton rolls, combs and brushes. They even have aprons for you to wear to avoid your clothes from getting wet and dirty. The dryer is powerful enough on the lowest setting. My dog surprisingly loved the dryer!nThe store is well stocked and organized, with a great vibe. They have high quality treats and food for our furry babies.nOn top of all of that, they have great customer service!
Just want to thank Erica for taking the time to show me around the store and giving GREAT DETAILED information on certain products and answering ALL of my questions. I learned a lot and felt very welcomed and will be back soon! Erica the sales person was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were attentive and caring with my puppy. Erica even offered to carry my bags to my car. Great service, kind people
