I've been a patient of Dr. Tinanoff's for over 16 years. She's amazing! She's smart, knowledgeable, and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've never had any trouble with the staff, they're always very kind, understanding and compassionate. Yes, it's hard to get a hold of them sometimes because they're busy, but if it's an emergency I'm not waiting for an appointment anyway, I'll go to emergency or something.

I reached CWC to get details for dose of one of immunization shots my new born daughter had but call to the extension of the nurse is always unattended, left voicemail and no response yet! There is no email communication mentioned in their website to get those details. I'm still amazed while gettingproper communications and follow- ups to pay the bill charged for my new born!

Dr. Charles Cohn has been my primary care Physician for quite a while. Recently had a gall bladder attack and was rushed to the emergency room. My 86 year old Dad did the rushing... it took 6 hours to be seen- and although the attack was severe- by the time the doc came it had subsided somewhat thank goodness. My Dad was so exhausted and when they said it would be another 2 hours to get to the ultra sound, I opted to go home and let my primary care doctor call it in for me. ( on a side note- I chose this doctors office a long time ago and recently I have moved and it is quite a distance now to get there) The next morning I called in to my primary care and explained my situation and the assistant to Dr Cohn ( after putting me on hold) said they could see me the middle of the following week. Well I was worried about having another episode and my health was in peril- I begged them to see me sooner but they would not. Neither could I get them to call in the ultra sound. This doctor does not care if I live or die. I am still waiting to be seen- my appointment is next week. Pray I incur no complications before then. By the way, I have already selected a new Doctor but my insurance won't let my new one take affect until Sept 1st. ug!ntake carenAnn

FYI there was a fire in the building and all offices are temporarily closed as of February 2019.
