Absolutely ridiculous!!! Slowest bank ever! Avoid this location at all costs!nSat in line forever to get up to the teller then sat there forever just waiting on someone to acknowledge me. Sat there for 5 min and left. They deserve no stars at all.
THIS BANK IS HORRIBLE DO NOT GO THERE THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE.
This bank has some unprofessional employees who doesn't understand banking. You call their 8oo number for help, most of the time, they tell you false information and that is very ridiculous as a bank.
The reps at their drive thru are slow AFFFFFFFFFFF. waited in line 10 minutes, then when it was my turn to make a deposit , it took the rep 10-15 minutes to make my deposit. The only reason why I refuse to wait any longer is because I had blew my horn SMH. I will be going to the other branch up the street on Peachtree road.
