I absolutely love the employees at this bank always friendly even when they are under staffed. But I hate coming here because about 90 % of the time there only one person here and the wait time is ridiculous. Corporate needs to work on having two people here at all times especially during peak times! Or be prepare to lose a lot of business
Can’t get much worse than this branch. SLOW! SLOW! SLOW!
The teller David Massey was being extremely rude. Did not want to cash my SunTrust check or help me out with any of my questions I asked him. He just told me I could go somewhere else and try again. He was being racist. would never come back here AGAIN.
